The Vice President will assist the President in running chapter meetings and will run the meeting in the absence of the President.
The Treasurer will conduct the financial obligations of the chapter, completes the Fund-Raising Reports, Gambling Permit Reports, Banquet Membership Report, and all other documents that may rely on financial information.
Habitat Chairman / Banquet Chairman
The Habitat Chair will collect information on pheasants and their habitat and will be responsible for identifying and coordinating habitat projects.
The Youth/Educational Chair will serve as the contact point for issues related to youth events and coordinate any programs specific to Ringnecks or the No Child Left Indoors Project.
Media Specialist / Historian
The Public Relations, Recruitment Chair will promote the chapter to include news media and advertisements. He will be responsible for video taping , photographing events for youth and chapter projects.

The Secretary will coordinate the preparation of the meeting agenda and is in charge of meeting minutes. Point of contact for administrative matters related to the chapter. Maintain website, social media & manage all things requiring modern technology.
